We have know Bonnie professionally for many years. We considers her the most knowledgeable realtor in our area. She has helped us establish a value on our properties which have exceeded our expectations.
She has been very helpful in guiding us in preparing our home for the market such as improvements or repairs that need to be made.
Our last property was very complicated in that we had 5 parcels, two homeowner associations to deal with and a conservation easement, and some of the parcels were in an IRA Trust and a very detailed survey was required by the bank. She also arranged an excellent home inspector and other contractors that make the process go smoothly. Bonnie was there every step of the way. We have since bought two additional properties and are going to list another one later this month.
